From East and State Route 72:

Travel 422 WEST (Cumberland Street)

Turn LEFT at 22nd Street (stop light at Lebanon Valley Mall: Boscov's enterance)

Turn RIGHT onto Chestnut Street at stop sign

Travel 0.10 (tenth) mile, turn LEFT onto Ridgeview Road at City of Lebanon Authority sign.

Turn LEFT into parking lot of L shaped building on the left.  Our offices are located facing Ridgeview Road.  If you are paying your bill, have billing questions or need to fill out bill transfer information, please enter the lobby on the LEFT (Billing Office).  If you have an appointment  with an Administration member or a delivery, please sign in with the receptionist and she will assist you.
