Responsibilities

This individual is responsible for exercising considerable independent judgment in administering, managing, and supervising programs, activities, and functions related to the construction, extension, inspection, operation, and maintenance of the wastewater collection system.  This individual is also responsible for the proper monitoring and reporting of the operation including reporting to other members of management, the Board of Directors, and to various government agencies including the DEP and EPA.   This individual oversees union and non-union employees. 

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include a PA Wastewater license, a valid PA Driver’s license, previous management experience, and previous experience working in a wastewater treatment plant.
