The City of Lebanon Authority Planning Department performs the following activities:
- Planning, designing, bidding and managing capital construction projects
- Reviewing and approving of subdivision and land development plans for projects within our water and sewer service areas
- Providing updated Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping information
- Answering questions regarding Authority water and sewer availability
- Providing formal responses to PA One-Call preliminary and final design tickets
- Performing periodic updates of Authority water and sewer specifications and details
